ServiceFlow is a custom WordPress management system for businesses that handle customer inquiries, quotations, jobs, staff, and payments. It brings work that is often spread across messages, spreadsheets, and manual records into one central workspace.

Service businesses often manage leads, quotations, assignments, customer details, and payments across disconnected tools. That can make requests easier to miss, job ownership harder to see, and operational reporting more difficult.

Technical implementation

ServiceFlow is a custom WordPress plugin rather than an Elementor layout or template. Its implementation includes application logic, data handling, WordPress REST API routes, roles and capabilities, workflow handling, shortcodes, email notifications, and a responsive management interface.
